This release of the Moodle Windows Installer includes the applications to create an environment in which Moodle will operate, namely:

Apache 2.4.56
PHP 8.2.4 (VS16 X86 64bit thread safe) + PEAR
MariaDB 10.4.28

The package also includes Moodle 4.5dev+ (Build: 20240907) (2024090700.00).

The use of all the applications in this package is governed by their respective licences. The complete Moodle Windows Installer package is open source and is distributed under the GPL license.

The following pages will lead you through some easy to follow steps to configure and set up Moodle on your computer. You may accept the default settings or, optionally, amend them to suit your own needs.
